Makes 6 servings
  • 3/4 C (180 ml) dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Sun-Kissed Tomato Dip Mix
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Dijon-style mustard
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C)
  • Mix breadcrumbs, cheese and Sun-Kissed Tomato Dip Mix on a plate.
  • Brush both sides of chicken with Dijon-style mustard. Coat both sides with crumb mixture. Place coated chicken breast on Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake 20 - 25 minutes, or until no longer pink inside.
